I reckon Eagles will get an assist and as he's my captain I'm looking forward to the award of another 6 points. I don't mind being midtable, week one and all that, I'm concentrating on fitness first doncha know!

I'm having nae luck, me. QPR have binned Park Ji-Sung off to PSV. So I'm in the transfer market already.

You've got 30 transfers Bruce, 5 a month. If you don't use them you lose them. All the best managers concentrate on fitness first and transfers second. It's a mantra.
Me, I've just ordered a virtual table tennis set.

I have had to make 2 transfers too as I have heard that 2 of the players I had are unlikely to play much if at all! Also, I have Eagles as my captain, do I change that because of a possible injury? I never realised the level of mental torture that would be involved in this when Dan was asking for members.

So do I. I'm leaving him in on the basis of sympathetic magic, thinking if I have faith in the virtual Eagles, then the real Eagles will be fine... not that I believe in magic or superstition or owt like that, touch wood.

I have left him in. Purely because if I take him out then he will score 4 and get 3 assists tomorrow. Now that I have left him in, he will be injured!
