Decent performance in a tricky fixture and an enjoyable evening.
I don't think Ream was dreadful, but for me he hasn't got the physical presence or speed of thought for English football. It doesn't take much at all to shrug him off the ball, and I just can't see how he's going succeed with us unfortunately.
Hall looked lively and Odelusi took both his goals really well. Craig Davies worked extremely hard as he always does, but I'm looking forward to seeing Beckford link up with N'Gog.
It seems some individuals are determined to hound Mears out of the club. One bloke behind was chastising him for standing off the winger on the touch line, and in the same breath abusing him for getting too close. I thought Mears was solid, but you can't win I suppose
Oh, and Shrewsbury have the oldest ball boys I've ever seen. They were more like ball men! If Hazard has kicked one of them he probably would have got one back!
