Blackman returns, Kebe closer
Manager Nigel Adkins has no new injury concerns ahead of the Royals' first away game of the 2013/14 Sky Bet Championship season at Bolton Wanderers.
Nick Blackman is now available for selection having served his one-match ban, while Adkins revealed that winger Jimmy Kebe is not far away from returning.
"We had him (Kebe) down to play in the Bristol Rovers/Swansea game but he just felt his groin a bit. We had to listen to our very good medical department that we've got here and obviously Jimmy knows his body. For me it is frustrating because I’ve joined the Football Club in March, and before you come you look at the squad of players and you say Jimmy Kebe, that’ll do! He has trained with the first team during pre-season and you look at him and think, wow, he’s bang on. Next minute he’s not available. It’s frustrating, but what you’ve got to do is keep grinding away with it, and I’d like to think sooner rather than later we can put him into the pool of players that we’ve got to select from. "Everyone is in fine fettle and we’ve got the addition of Nicholas Blackman now because he was suspended for that game, so he’s been fighting fit. He comes into contention now."
Meanwhile, Jason Roberts and Mikele Leigertwood continue to recover from injuries.

Don't ask questions like that unless you're prepared for the answer....bwfcdan94 wrote:Doesn't Bobo hate me, who else or is that the lot of ya.
But I certainly don't 'hate' you, never even entered my head!
And I shall be in the East Lower. Left side as you look at the stand, around the second bar pre-match. Look for the tallest man in the area

''Amazing! Out of nothing Bolton are level. A quick throw, Kevin Nolan keeps play alive in the box and finds Kevin Davies on the left who lashes a shot under Oliver Kahn.''
Re: Reading
I thought it was just the lot at the bottom that liked to be lippy. Anyway is there anywhere in Horwich I could take a couple of lippy soft southerners for a drink before the game or are we better opf going into Bolton. Could give them a scare and take them into the Rocket and show them around those flats next to the train line.
