I was going to suggest something along the lines of that old army trick you have just pointed out I just needed to the balls to ask one of you, so would you be willing to do as such for my 2 pals?

What time will you be there? I'm be in Bolton around 12.15 having one or two, then up to Scotts. Not sure what time i'll be there as i'm travelling with a few others. By all means PM me your number and i'll be willing to help you out, unless you get a better offer from someone else on here.

In case I don't get to help you out, what shirt will you be wearing, so that I can make sure that I get to meet you. Seeing IS believing!

Otherwise, if you get up early doors. Get on the train (right outside your hotel, pop into Manchester, go to the national football museum, get a few beers and get the train back.)
So will my pals not be able to come in with an away ticket and will I with my home ticket, I don't think they will have colures visible if that helps.
Dan - walk up to the Beehive and take your mates in there. You can remember the Beehive, right? You lived in Horwich didn't you? Alternatively take them over to Barnstormers facing the old BAE buildings.

I do remember the Beehive but not Barnstormers it was simply because I obviously go into the Harvester out of habit every time I go to a game at the Reebok, I always have

You and your pals will be welcome in either.

REF CHECK

Carl Boyeson will referee Saturday's Championship fixture between Bolton Wanderers and Reading at the Reebok Stadium.

Boyeson has taken charge of just one game so far this season, overseeing Leeds United's 2-1 victory over Chesterfield in the first round of the Capital One Cup on Wednesday night. He issued four yellow cards at Elland Road, as Brian McDermott's side advanced into the second round of the competition.

The East Yorkshire official took charge of 34 matches last season, showing 83 yellow cards and two red over the course of the campaign. The last time he officiated a Bolton game was on September 18, 2012, as Wanderers were beaten 2-1 at Birmingham City. Three visiting players were cautioned that afternoon - Zat Knight, Mark Davies and Lee Chung-Yong - and the Blues were also awarded a controversial penalty, which saw them net the winning goal.

The last time Boyeson refereed a Reading game was way back in April 2010, as the Royals secured a comprehensive 6-0 victory over Peterborough United at the Madejski Stadium. Only one player was cautioned on that day - the host's Gylfi Sigurdsson.

Below is a full list of officials for Saturday's fixture between Bolton Wanderers and Reading.

Referee: Carl Boyeson
Assistant Referees: Christopher Akers, William Smallwood
Fourth Official: Paul Kettlewell

It the morning of the first home game, tension is beginning to build hope (is what kills ya!) is still alive. Hoping for victory but the pessimist inside me requires dousing :drink: Come on Bolton we can do it!!

Should be a good game I think it will be close, now all the excitement of Spearing signing has concluded I will now attempt (usually get it wrong) to pick the team.

I'm no expert but I reckon there's at least one player running out who isn't on your list!

I think you have already started on the pop, Norpig. 10 players and no width.

Are we just giving them a chance?

Is this something to do with the new FFP rules?

The good news is that Dan is en route. I'm sure that he will have plenty of songs written on the journey up and will be handing in the team sheet to Dougie, prior to popping over to Scotts for a coke. #whathaveidone???
