Dougie says...
hmmm... three games in and already blaming our injuries.... <cough>sports science!</cough>“Right now we’re having a bit of a difficult time in terms of the injuries we’re getting and the teams we’re coming up against.
“I believe Reading, Nottingham Forest and QPR will be right up there come the end of the season, but given our injuries it’s a little difficult to really judge where we are.”

As it stands, only one crest has gone back up, hopefully they will be putting the other up later.

Not sure why Nat isn't striding away from the wall instead of alongside it. Oh, and the badge designer needs sacking.

I think if it was positioned striding away from the wall no-one would see it front on. It's set so that people walking around the stadium will see it front on and be able to walk up to it from a distance. Judging from that pic, there is only a grassy slope between it and the main road.TANGODANCER wrote:Not sure why Nat isn't striding away from the wall instead of alongside it. Yeah it's set away from the stadium on the edge of the pathway. Looks class IMO. They worked on it late into last night.. I come out of the cinema at 1am and they was busy working and Nat was uncovered in all his glory.Dr Hotdog wrote:I think if it was positioned striding away from the wall no-one would see it front on. Aye, fair comment Doc. Difficult to judge from the pics.Dr Hotdog wrote:I think if it was positioned striding away from the wall no-one would see it front on. Re: Nat's statue unveiling
clearly it should be on the centre spot and in future all games at the reebok should be played around him. I'll wager the FA rules do outlaw statues on the centre spot.Dr Hotdog wrote:I think if it was positioned striding away from the wall no-one would see it front on.
