I see nowt wrong with holding the odd session at the ground, pitch permitting.

Haven't we always trained at the ground sometimes? Definitely held some sessions there under Allardyce and Megson at least. I can't see why you wouldn't.

Just reading that the FanZone is open for this game.
The article on the club's website says 'warm food is available', is that supposed to excite?

It is also laden with Health and Safety information, including the confirmation that you won't burn your mouth with overly hot food.ChrisC wrote:Enoch wrote:Just reading that the FanZone is open for this game.

Nothing beats off those winter blues better than some tepid Bovril and a nice warm pie.Lost Leopard Spot wrote:It is also laden with Health and Safety information, including the confirmation that you won't burn your mouth with overly hot food.ChrisC wrote:Enoch wrote:Just reading that the FanZone is open for this game.

Indeed. I believe that they're exact replicas of the pitch at The BokTKIZ! wrote:Full sized pitches at the training ground, I know for definite as have relatives who live close by and the train passes the complex.89bwfc89 wrote:According to one of my spies, Dougie has had them training at the Reebok, only one day a month, for the past couple of months.

meanwhile..
EL-HADJI Diouf has been tipped for a Reebok recall after proving his fitness to Leeds United boss Brian McDermott this week.
Former Wanderers favourite Diouf came through 90 minutes for the Leeds reserves against Sunderland on Monday to prove he is over the shin problem that has restricted him to just two substitute appearances so far this season.
The Senegal star had been linked with a loan move away from Elland Road but is desperate to feature against his former club.

Re: The Peacocks are coming to get roasted!
Andre Moritz has a lot to learn.
No Andre, you are at Bolton now. If you're winning and have a bad shot then a lot of our fans will moan, stand up and scream abuse at you and generally act like you've just killed their wife in the process. Then you'll be told that despite winning you weren't good enough anyway, and should be booted out immediately. If we are losing 3-0 and you have a bad shot there won't be anyone left in the stadium apart from a few old gimmers who will boo till their false teeth fall out.It is all about the moment. If you are winning and you have a bad shot everyone will clap. But if you are losing 3-0 then people will boo you.

nothing like a bit of exaggerated over-reacting when football's concerned, eh?BWFC_Insane wrote:Andre Moritz has a lot to learn.

from the Yaaarkshire E'en Po...
ahh - a no brainer that the goals will come! yay!!
oh FFS - how tired can he be??? he only played 40mins!! And what the juddering feck is "we need to see his eyes"???Dougie Freedman will make a last-minute call on whether to pit Jermaine Beckford against Leeds United following the forward’s spell of international duty.
Freedman plans to assess the ex-United striker’s condition tomorrow morning, hours before Leeds and Bolton Wanderers meet at the Reebok Stadium.
Beckford, who joined Wanderers from Leicester City in July, represented Jamaica this week and arrived back in Lancashire yesterday. Freedman is yet to decide whether he will start against the club who launched his professional career.
Bolton boss Freedman –himself a former United player – said: “I can’t imagine Jermaine wanting to miss Leeds but we’ve got to be professional. We need to see his eyes and see how he is after the long travelling and playing for 40 minutes.
“Jermaine’s going through a spell where he’s not scoring as many goals as he would like but if he keeps on getting in the right areas and keeps getting the opportunities then goals will come. It’s a no brainer for me.”
