It's when he's trying to be the all-action player... that's his natural game but when he isn't having a good'un like today he tries to force it.

Being away from home can't really make that much of a difference, can it? Especially when the home fans are as silent as the Birmingham fans are today.

Pratley looking awful, by the way. Get Eagles on.
For some reason it does. It's in the stats. Don't have the figures on hand but home advantage is truly an advantage.

Haha, totally. Hopefully being dropped will have given Eagles a little rocket.

Medo? Why is he in the team? He never scores...
Those posts have had a battering from him in his time at Wanderers though...
Yeah, surely he's gotta get one soon.

Having been to some cracking games with incredible atmospheres down at St Andrews over the years it's a bid sad to watch this being played out in front of something that sounds more like Horwich Baths.

So that's why we're ahead then... must feel like the Reebok to the players.

That could be the case if we were any good at the Reebok.

I've gone and had a bet on Birmingham to win, £82 returns if they do.

I never win bets, come on Bolton!

Seen Beckford's goal again, and can't help thinking that whilst it was largely due to a mistake from the defender, it's the kind of off-the-shoulder counter attacking play we've not done before but would potentially have success with considering it's a big part of Beckford's game. With pace on the flanks and some patient distribution from defence and midfield those type of goals can be a goldmine especially away from home when the home team naturally plays a higher line.

£10 draw and £10 Beckford to score anytime.

That's what I meant. St. Andrews, with a small crowd and an even smaller Bolton crowd probably shouting not very nice things to our players, must feel exactly like the Reebok :P

I remember looking, Beckford to score any time was really good odds.

Wish I had now!

:D

Having seen Beckford snatch at his two chances last week, I'm wondering if he kept his composure so well because we aren't at home. Perhaps something for 4uckwit Corner to take note of if so.
