What are you watching tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Advice required please, film-watchers. :?

It is excellent. But disturbing. Veil lifted on life in the American underclass, poor and marginalised.

Difficult viewing but defo worth watching. Must have forgotten Kravitz being in it but without doubt it's Mariah Carey's finest ever work!

Can bring a copy to the match Saturday, Bruce, if you fancy it?

God knows how they'll carry this on, reminds me of the dragging out of Prison Break.
Im liking it, but the latest episode with Brody in the tower block was a bit strange. I also find watching Carrie exhausting when she's all fecked up on her meds, a testament to her acting i suppose! cant wait to learn who blew up the CIA...

.. tell you whats weird tho, image search Mandy Patinkin - Saul without a beard!

Showtime has a habit of flogging shows until they're completely dead. Homeland will be no exception.

Unfortunately that's what the US blockbusters do ... & then run out of steam. It's better to leave people wanting more than thinking 'wtf' ... in my humble, etc.

Meanwhile I note that "The Karen Carpenter Story' was on TV today. Right across lunchtime. Which is a tad harsh if you ask me.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Speaking of US blockbusters, I note that the next series of 24 (yep, still going) will be set in THAT London.

I can't wait to see Jack Bauer handling the global threat of scheduled maintenance works on the Piccadilly line.

You say "still going" like it hasn't been off TV for 4 years

Did anyone catch the Metallica 3D movie over the past two weeks?

It was an absolute treat. I don't think I've laughed at a film since I was a dingbat 14 year-old guffawing through Austin Powers. Lars, Kirk, Het & the Big Bass Man crushed it but the sub-plot involving a band 'runner' was a bit lame. Lars is a comic magician. Every move he makes is perfectly idiotic.

Never seen a film in 3D before and I feared the worst when the trailer for an upcoming 'Hobbit' film hurt my brain after about 30 seconds. Too much movement and confusion. However, my fears were put to rest after the opening few bars of Creeping Death. It was easy to immerse myself in this new media in the company of The Lads and some of the best and ridiculous music of all time.

Best cinematic experience bar none. Almost beats the time I saw them in the flesh and in the round at the Arena a few years ago. They're due a tour!

Even from a blokes point of view he's good looking, but he doesn't float my boat. I do however, love his shirts.

Currently watching the "Sleepy Hollow" series, which I expected to be pants but is actually really good. Also liking "The Blacklist" on Sky Living.
