Re: The Wanderer fantasy football
I've started my very slow but inexorable rise up the table. If I've timed it right I'll grab third by Christmas, and beat Bish to the Championship by one point on the very last game (Bish will of course remind me that he didn't start until week two. To which I shall point out that I don't care).

I see that I've slipped down a spot. Daniel - have you been fiddling with the controls?
PS - I've just fired Troy Deeney off, so I suggest everyone buys him now ahead of an absolutely blinding run.

Yes totally in fact on the last day of the season I am going to give myself a bonus 500,000 points so I go top.Bruce Rioja wrote:I see that I've slipped down a spot. Daniel - have you been fiddling with the controls?

Re: The Wanderer fantasy football
After a deep analysis of my team and the fixtures this weekend I am, to put not too fine a point on it, shafted. What numpty arranged Burnley at home to QPR and Blackpool against Blackburn on the same weekend! Any points I gain at the front will immediately count against my defence and vice versa.

That's where I've been caught with my pants down. I'm right out of available transfers until next month. That'll teach me, in future, to look at the month's fixtures before I do the transfers.Annoyed Grunt wrote:Use the transfer option......Lost Leopard Spot wrote:After a deep analysis of my team and the fixtures this weekend I am, to put not too fine a point on it, shafted. On the bright side there are a few magic scores that can still give me a reasonable chance: Burnley 0v6 QPR (Austin 2, 5, 45+1, 55, 57, 90+5) for example
