John Major was brought up on a street about 50 yards of it.

Had a listen of Al Stewart, Year of the Cat, and On the Border. Easyyyy stuff.

Can't believe it's forty three years since I first heard Cat Stevens "My Lady D'Arbanville". Seems like it was only yesterday. :(

I've recently been listening to Tea For The Tillerman in the car . Dug out a lot of old CDs when moving house recently. I dscovered it after watching Harold and Maude a few years ago. There are some great songs on there, perfect for when I'm not in an Iron Maiden mood!

I'm having something of an epiphany at the moment, finding myself listening to country and loving some of it but feeling ever so slightly dirty/guilty. It just doesn't feel right to be humming along to Florida Georgialine or Sara Adams, but it seems middle age is settling in nicely.

'Tea for the Tillerman' and 'Teaser and the Firecat' are two of the greatest albums ever put on this Earth.

I have a download of these, these live and these in alternative versions and there's not a bum note on any of them. Perfect if searching for a hard-headed woman.
