Come on Bob, enough of this negative shxt. Today could be the day when an early attack pays off and kicks off a goal storm. Just doing your best ain't good enough, as Connery said:Bijou Bob wrote:I can't believe I'm writing this, but for the first time in years I just can't motivate myself to drive to the Bok to watch today. I'm not sure whether to be disappointed in myself or write it off with a shrug.
"Your best? Losers always whine about their best. Winners go home and fxck the prom queen!"
Get in there lads and sort it out. COME ON YOU WHITES.

Bit gutted as I can't go today. Confidence is the key to the performance today. COYWM!
Stop concentrating on trying to stop the oppo from scoring and concentrate on us doing it

A big win is on the cards today. I saw it in my coffee cup.

That Worthy goal was one of the very few times I was in the Manchester Road stand. Normally we'd have been on the Embankment. Place went mad...but we finished up losing 2-1. Today, we'll do no such thing.... Whites victory...

There's not that much you can change from that team unless you start Hall or forgive Eagles for last week or stick Moritz in or start Cravies. Looks ok to me with creativity on the bench.TKIZ! wrote:#BWFC team to face Ipswich: Lonergan, Baptiste, Mills, Ream, McNaughton, Medo, Spearing, Danns, Chung-Yong, Ngog, Beckford

The players you fail to sign never lose you any money.

So, a non-winger out wide again. That's worked well in previous games Dougie.

Tower FM doing commentary, I haven't been able to get them online before but today it seems to be on
Danns played out wide for Huddersfield last season I think

Do you just pick Eagles and Chungy every week no matter how they play? Or start Hall and have to substitute him after 20 minutes?Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:So, a non-winger out wide again. That's worked well in previous games Dougie.

A valid argument, only he's picked Ngog again. He is not a wide player and has been every bit as shit as the afore mentioned. Maybe as TKIZ said, and Danns is it. That said, he's hardly that fit himself. Personally I'd either give Hall a run of games (odd ones aren't doing him much good), or try one of the kids.Armchair Wanderer wrote:Do you just pick Eagles and Chungy every week no matter how they play? Cant see there being many crosses with that starting 11 but then with ngog and Beckford who'd be attacking the crosses anyway. May be a bit one dimensional tippy tappy through the middle and give it away unless we sit back and play on the break which the home crowd will love. Shame feeney and c davies never had a chance to turn out together.

A very strong...er, bench today. Get Eagles in there, he's still one of our best options. Any way, breathing on the spot done, knees cracked and full set of six arm-raises completed. Brew steaming nicely, big deep breath and..Right, bring em on. N'goglles out to impress the French world-cup squad today....? Well, you never know. And we're off....

Ipswich have an early dab and push us back but we get a throw. Wow. Better still, we've won a goal-kick. Good start. Free kick now for McNaughton then Beckford gets a mention and wins another throw. We make a dash at it and have a bit of tasty passing but it gets cleared. "Poor ball from Mills" but redeemed and cleared. Chungy's out left it seems. Another free and....commentators having a nice chat between themselves. Come on lads, we're listening....and...we have a pressing attack that just ends up over the bar via a back-to-goal attempt from Beckford. Better.
