For the first time since the Blackburn defeat I am feeling quite positive about this game, which worries me rather a lot. Given has to wallop it quickish after a bad back-pass. Now we get a free as Chungy gets chopped. Spearing and Medo and McN and...Dans and Pratley fires a cross in but it's behind.
Plenty action going on from the sound of things. Boro have a dash and get a good cross in that Lonergan manages to collect. Pratley figures well and starts some action before Miolls does well. Medo loses the ball and it eventually finished back with Given.

A wide effort is all that really is of real note so far. Pratley loses out by Spearing wins it and starts us off. Spearing gets whacked, no booking but a word from the ref. And....it comes over and Baptiste just fails to get it back across. Two Kamara's on the pitch today, one each. Butterfield, of Bolton loan fame, figuring in the action. "Patient" stuff says the man before Chungy gets nought for an attack. Woodgate figuring for the homers. They get a cross in before Mills, then Ream clear. Middlesboro starting to gain some territory says the man. Boro come again keeping posession and Lonergan punches but to a homer who lashes one wide.

Very tame start by the Wanderers. Boro have had most of the possession

Throw us a good work by Beckford. Now McN does well but gets fould. Free kick us.....Spearing and....Given grabs the ball to home applause and Medo has to win it. Now we go and Beckford, Chungy and....it finishes back with Lonergan. Throw again to us and now Pratley gets involved. More throw stuff and a pass to Chungy gets intercepted and the final attempt is grabbed by Lonergan. That goal would be nice about now lads and.....Leadbitter gets a yellow after leving Spearing in a heap. "Could have been a red" says the man. Ohhhhh, Dans almost feeds Beckford who just can't reach it.

We have a bit of possession but to no real avail. McN wins it and feeds Spearing, Mills, Chungy loses it in the middle. Lots of nearly stuff but we could do with that goal about now. Ream and Spearing have to clear before Chungy clears. We go again cautiously. Chungy involved then Pratley, Medo, Mills and eventually. a throw. Dans does well and McN gets a cross in. Chungy clashes with Williams and the homer goes down. Physio on.

Williams okay. Ream and Woodgate swap headers and the Kamaras say hello. Throw us as a home drummer gives us a solo. Half an hour gone as we get the ball moving but lose out. They have another dab before Dans tries to feed Beckfors once again. Ream passes badly to Chungy and they move in. They come again but it's all swap and chop right now. Now Chungy gets it forward but they reclaim and attack. All ends in a gaol kick for us. Dans sets us off with Spearing and Chungy, then back to Ream then Baptiste does well and wins a corner after a good ball from Mills. And.....another corner as they nod it out. And ...and...yet another corner. Spearing and....Pratley loses it as Williams breaks but makes a hash of it.

Now's the time lads to get that goal. Bit of good play from them and Baptiste has to make a good tackle that results in a corner and.....oooooohhhhh inches over our bar.
