Oh, I won't be going now - I'll be enjoying a delightful weekend in North Wales.

May the bridges I burn light your way

That sounds more like it TBH monty, I was struggling to remember the darn verse, it was about 40 years ago I got told it.Montreal Wanderer wrote:Something seriously wrong with your third line, Hoboh, involving as it does the daring rhyme of nine with root. Perhaps you should substitute something like "The square of its weight. Plus a quarter, plus eight,"Hoboh wrote:There was a young man called Hall
Who had an hexagonal ball
His pecker plus nine from its tip to its root
Was four fifths of two thirds of f*ck all.

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Nearly 3,500 tickets sold. Should be a cracking atmosphere.
Who's that coming up the hill boys,
The Wanderers are coming up the hill boys,
They all laugh at us, they all mock at us,
They all say our days are numbered,
Born to be a Wanderer, victorious are we....

Its the logical next step. And saves you a bit of time from the inevitable, anyway.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Having finally managing to get Moritz to the ball ... and the penny dropping that the twins sort of get in each others way, the question now (see Doncaster thread) is whether DF maintains his attacking formation. Add to that the supposed fitness of Mavis ... but Shirley not 'match fit' yet ... and he suddenly has more attacking options than he'll know what to do with.
So ... attack minded, or back to his nature ?
Any betting ?

I think he'll keep the team, but with Pratley sitting a little bit deeper alongside Spearing.
He'll be looking at his bench and thinking he's got the players to chase the game should we need to, rather than having a go from the start..
It's fine away from home though to be honest. I think we can frustrate them and grow into the game.
