Anyhow, I think he is getting the best out of some of them and not others. I think there are various factors involved, such as some players knowing the club won't be offering them a new deal. I think the squad as it stands are a mid-table championship side, but as Pru says too many players who are mentally weak. I certainly think we should be doing somewhat better than we are but I don't think any manager will get this squad into the top 6 of this division as it stands.
