Answered well and truly on Saturday. Absolutely top.

With you there Pru especially when we started tacking the piss out of the reading fans bouncing about every time they scored.

Mind you half of our fans sat all game the be**ends. I cant see why you would go to a football game and then not support your team I mean if you going to watch us away from home and then not support the team then you may as well sit in the home end. Spectators watch whereas supporters support. There is a big different between those 2.

I read that Reading fans were giving Mills 'merciless abuse'. What was all that about?

He gave them the finger when playing for them, apparently.

Merciless abuse? They're sponsered by Waitrose and have a wind turbine at the ground. As Crayons pointed out, the list of attractions at the Madjeski stadium read, in order: The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre, Reading FC, London Irish. They're very nice, but it's not for me. And Mills? They booed him every time he touched it. Every time tbf, not just the first few minutes, but I'd hardly call it merciless. Or indeed abuse.

That's what I read, and why I raised the question.

TBF, horrible Sol Campbell style chants aside, I'm not really sure what merciless abuse would be, not your words I know. They booed him a lot is the answer.

I know a spuds fan who got done for that game at Portsmouth - His picture came up on the t.v and his own mother didn't even recognise him  . Reading just booed Mills during the game.

I supported my team on Saturday. I paid £35 for tickets for myself and my daughter. I drove for 1 1/2 hours each way (with a Reading fan on board) and paid £8 to park a mile from the ground. I applauded them on and I applauded them off. Both Halves. They did nothing to get me out of my seat. Nothing.

Bouncing round like a balloon and antagonising the home fans isn't what I go to a game for. You Bellend.
