That shitferbrainsknownowt Alan Green off ov 5Live once said that N'Gog was never a footballer.

On that basis alone, I'm of the opinion that a decent manager could have an excellent player on his hands. Note the caveat.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

I rate N'Gog in a 4-4-2 and I'll be quite disappointed to see him go but hopefully we replace him with a goalscorer, something N'Gog will never be.

What is the point of getting rid of Ngog if we aren't replacing him with someone better? He's not terrible and there is no stand out at the moment anyway. Especially with Beckford injured, I'd like to hear a quality name incoming before somebody starts the car.

It's likely to be about getting his wage off the bill. If no-one stands out you go for the biggest (at least financial) liability .

mmm. so a couple of fellow experienced professionals who see him everyday, seem to rate him highly, one comments on how well he trains and yet he can't get in the team, despite us having no forwards.

I'm sure mr ngog will be thankful for all the support from well wishers as he heads for the premier league. Lets hope Mr F has something up his sleeve to replace him

We need to reduce our losses by more than £40M. Basically any player we can ship out to save a wage is going to happen immediately, with no questions asked.

I didn't think McN rated him highly at all from that. He suggested he's a talented underachiever and we're right to get shut.

I agree, we won't get anyone as talented in but if we get a worker who gets the odd goal I'd prefer that to that wanker.

That's not really true though is it.

Your new drum is this FFP thing and you keep banging it as if everyone at the club found out that we lost £50m between June '12 and June '13 at the same time you did (IE. three weeks ago).

I don't know what the board are thinking in regards to what might happen with FFP, but what is clear is that we aren't selling everything that isn't nailed down in order to save £40m. If we were, we would have already started it by now.

We're seven months into the new financial year and as of yet there has been no obvious moves to reduce the wage bill. Shit, we went out and spent £3m on Jay Spearing, £1m on various kids and brought in big name bosmans in Baps, Beckford and Tierney. There might have been the odd departure to balance that (Super Kev, less-Super Sam Ricketts), but it's inconceivable to me that it will have reduced significantly from the £35m+ that it was last year.

PG may have mentioned at the AGM that they were well placed now, for the FFP start up as we have managed to reduce the wages on the playing side. He may have said that if QPR get promoted then they could be in for a fine of up to 65million!! Of course this is only conjecture on my part as we can't report on the private meeting so this is what might have been said.
I feel reborn !!!! No more confussion

Exactly, as I said previously if there was this need to drastically reduce our expenditure, there wouldn't have been any new signings nor new contracts dolled out.

As far as I know we've only had an interest in NGog and he is off. As has been suggested in the media getting rid of our big earners come the end of the season, ie all those out of contract is critical to us complying with FFP. If we can get rid sooner then all the better. But I don't see any of our big earners being offered new deals and they will all IMO be gone as soon as the club can do so. Ngog happens to be the first.

I am amazed there are people that are saying we should keep Ngog. I've been longing for this day from the day that useless piece of shit signed for us. He is an absolutely shocking player, he was at Liverpool. He's reach new lows of shitness in the white of BWFC and I can only think that Michael Laudrup has completely lost the plot in wanting to sign him. I wouldn't take him on a free transfer.

I couldn't care less that all we have is Craig Davies. I would rather have just him and not Ngog sucking money out of the club doing absolutely nothing week after week.

Getting rid of him is a step in the right direction for this club.
