We signed Cravies off of Barnsley for 2 & 6 didn't we? I doubt his wages are a problem at all.

Which is why I was worried when we said we needed to unload him to make wages head-room for a left back. We must be looking on Sunday League Park pitches...

Similarly, I doubt his wages were an issue.

Davies was signed in the hopes we would push for a promotion challenge. He probably wants out which is why we got rid. That an saving money. My gripe is that we have to get rid before we can bring in. At the minute we've just cast out all our strikers either on loan or sold. So we've brought jutkiewic in whose an unknown quantity. an strengthened midfield where we are relatively populated.

What a joke of a club we've turned into that all our strikers are offloaded. Ffp may be the reason were getting shut but there's no excuse for not blooding tom eaves.

FFP is a bit convenient if you ask me. Plenty other clubs seem to be ignoring it and I bet the consequences are minimal.

In fairness, plenty of other Clubs didn't have a £49m wage bill. :D

In fairness, neither do we now.

Should anybody care to reinforce their suspcions on our blockbuster loan of a striker: my 'Boro mate compares him to Wheater in more senses than one: firstly, tall & a well-intentioned good lad. Secondly, not much cop at all. So there's nothing hidden beneath that mysterious 'no goals in 18' exterior of his it seems, he's nothing but a change of personnel. Yay... What the feck are you doing DF, really...
