Has to be a clear goal scoring opportunity, which that was not IMO....ChrisC wrote:How is Nastasic still on the field? Last man surly?
Re: Tonight's Football
He had a man overlapping and he was clean through.. I would call that a clear goal scoring opportunity personally.BWFC_Insane wrote:Has to be a clear goal scoring opportunity, which that was not IMO....ChrisC wrote:How is Nastasic still on the field? Last man surly?
As a side not.. Gary Cahill has been superb tonight!

Take note Wenger. How to take the big boys on. He really is a master. Makes it very interesting.

Indeed - hence my carefully chosen 'decent' rather than goodAnnoyed Grunt wrote:Draw may have been better, possibly.....Bruce Rioja wrote:Decent result for Arsenal then?!

Re: Tonight's Football
Really enjoyed watching that. Well done to Chelsea on a very good win, better finishing and the score line would have been wider.
Chelsea turned up and City didn't and were well worth their win.
The difference between the sides in my opinion is that when City are on top form, they destroy opposition. Chelsea should have, they didn't.
Be interesting to see how City come back now from this, could be like Newcastle all those years ago?

As long as it doesn't let United back in it'll be reet.

For that same reason, I wouldn't mind city wining the quadruple to out do maures triple.
Obviously I would prefer Bolton to do that but I don't think I will ever see them do it

Re: Tonight's Football
Feeling proper smug for calling that on the way to the pub this eve. Still is, as it always has been IMO, a straight shoot-out between the billionaires. I've a sneaking feeling Chelsea will nick it as Pellegrini, like Wenger, seems like he'd rather win 4 games 8-0 and lose one than Mourinho's win five 1-0.
Still not convinced Abramovich doesn't watch City and think 'why can't I have that' though. Sport 1-0Enterfeckingtainment0.
