Re: Tonight's Football
I've a number of mates who go to the games, home and away, who tell me the only people who want him out are the out of town brigade who only support the club because they get to gloat about winning trophies.BWFC_Insane wrote:The oft quoted line from Utd fans I know is 'These players won the league last season.....'boltonboris wrote:He'll have until around this point next year minimum, in my opinion. The fans in the stands support him. They know he's got a big job on his hands and his previous record shows he is a capable manager. Took him a while to turn Everton from a bunch of cloggers to a regular top half + side.
I'm not convinced patience is as prevalent as suggested, from the fans at least. Were Fergie not telling them all they should back him, there'd be Moyes out chants I reckon..... The owners and board, I think will stick with him though.
Interesting to see if he can turn it round.
It is all relative, but in terms of being the 'Manchester United manager' his previous record is in my view incredibly questionable.
Whilst you may think they're the ones the club hold most dear, they're not the ones who's opinions they'd take on board.

Closer to the west coast than the east coast, isn't it?
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

Mourinho being a nice person, Chelsea scum shouting during the minute's silence to the point where the crowd started applauding to drown them out. Classless scum, hope they get spanked and win nothing. And City have scored which is a handy start.

I don't mind mourinho but I prefer positive football to watching defensive stuff.
