Where fellow sufferers gather to share the pain, longing and unrequited transfer requests that make being a Wanderer what it is...

I get them because I put BWFC in Facebook. I'm not a FB junkie but it is useful for this and following the adventures of some of my children. They post updates and the manager's comments at the end. Takes a few more hours for the highlights (probably have to wait until they've been on tv or summat).

This guy who's trying to buy them ... the one who sacked McDermott before he owned them. Y'know ... the one who has used, and sacked, something like 35 managers in 17 years in Italian football. Yes ... the one who's afraid of the number 17 .... and the colour purple. The one with Italian criminal convictions and MAY struggle to get approval to take over the club (though given Yeung and Shinawatra and the guy who bought Northampton, and ..... etc., etc. got approval who would bet on that ?) ?? Yes ... him. Well, he still doesn't own the club but yesterday .....
Prospective Leeds United owner Massimo Cellino delivered a scathing attack on the Leeds players, after their 5-1 defeat to Bolton on Saturday.

Cellino said “We didn’t even try to play and they made the fans ashamed.

“The players p***ed me off because they didn’t fight for the club. For what they did today, I would kick their a***s, one by one. They are guilty. They were without pride and should be ashamed of themselves. They are chickens.”
Oh, this is going to go well IF he takes over. Yet, to read the Leeds papers, if he doesn't they're about to implode ... and not in a pretty way.

I can barely wait !!!
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
"I understand you are a very good footballer" ... "I try".

You'd think after Risdale and the silver haired SoB they'd have learned their lessons but ce la vie as they say in Wigan. 8)
Don't try to be a great man. Just be a man and let history make up its own mind.

Mick McManus would be proud of Mavis' forearm smash for his goal.
What a hero, What a man...... Ooooh, what a bad foul...

I'm hearing the words......Di Canio in Leeds' future.

But to be fair it sounds more like a quote designed to get the fans onside than anything else, and it probably will.
