Re: Abdoulaye's going t'Souk transfer thread
On the Wigan v Leeds match it said that some or other Wigan player had his loan turned into permanent move on Friday night. I didn't know you could do that outside the window. How come you can? Is it worth trying to tie up a few of ours? Especially Juntsterpokijhv? That Trotter can feck off, mind.

You can sign pre contracts with foreign players. Not domestic ones. None of ours can officially sign owt till the next window opens and of course those like Juke under contract would need fees agreeing etc....Bruce Rioja wrote:On the Wigan v Leeds match it said that some or other Wigan player had his loan turned into permanent move on Friday night. I spotted what Brucie was on about too. Was Martyn Waghorn on loan from Leicester they were on about. Guessing he's technically still on loan atm but confirmed will sign on a free when window opens.

See, Hoboh. This is what happens when we tinker on the EU peripheries rather than getting stuck in.

You can sign pre-contracts with domestic players, but not until one month before their contact expires. With foreign players it's six months.

I thought I read that Danns (yay !!) & Trotter (wtf ??) had agreed terms for staying on next year, on contracts. Maybe it was a verbal arrangement.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Out of interest, how does our goal scoring hero from yesterday rate just now? Would he be a '(yay !!)', or is he still rated '(wtf ??)'?bobo the clown wrote:I thought I read that Danns (yay !!) & Trotter (wtf ??) had agreed terms for staying on next year, on contracts. Alan Hutton was another who played very well yesterday, how does the clown rate him?
The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.

I'd say that as one of a two - yeay, up top on his Jacksie - wtf? Which leads us back to young Douglas..... again!Enoch wrote:Out of interest, how does our goal scoring hero from yesterday rate just now? HAS to be wtf, Shirley ? Even Dougie had him benched for 70 minutes, so he can't be cutting it, now can he ???? Eluned's not to bothered about him, that's for sure.Enoch wrote:Out of interest, how does our goal scoring hero from yesterday rate just now? More seriously, Dunno. Firstly Cardiff have been reluctant to let him go so thinking of keeping him should be moot. As they're likely to come down that may change .... or become even more the case. We'll see.
He clearly adds a great link-up option with the Juke ... except, & forgive my angle on this, having established that Dougie seems to have moved away from it. Who'da thought ???
I've not awestruck by him but at least in this period with us he's shown something, which he didn't in his first.

Its all about using the players correctly.
Clearly Mason wasn't suited as a lone striker with tw@tball being played.

Sun Sport has Chungy as MOTM? Seems a bit at odds with what the commentators were saying during the game, but what's the view of those seeing the game?

Did they call him the 'Life and Seoul of the game'? They do that kind of thing, you know?! You've to watch them, they're buggers.TANGODANCER wrote:Sun Sport has Chungy as MOTM? Seems a bit at odds with what the commentators were saying during the game, but what's the view of those seeing the game?

Given they put Rooney in the team of the week, despite not playing, I'd pay no attention to what they say/writeTANGODANCER wrote:Sun Sport has Chungy as MOTM? Seems a bit at odds with what the commentators were saying during the game, but what's the view of those seeing the game?

No idea. Even if I bought it, most of it would be blacked out by the censor's marker pen.jaffka wrote:Do they still do the page 3 girl in The Sun?

Dunno if they still do it but they used to have this thing called 'News in Briefs' where some girl would be stood there with her tits out whilst passing comment on the days complicated issues.jaffka wrote:Do they still do the page 3 girl in The Sun?
