Only seen the detail and brochure online, perhaps they'll only be sending it out to people without auto-renewal debit schemes
Nope got this today, with a world cup wallchart! Lovely stuff.

Renewed mine today. Went for the interest free direct debit offer. £20.08 per month. Misery available in low cost instalments.

Can someone help please - what does my customer reference number look like? I'm trying to renew on-line but the renewal form doesn't show any client reference and, to further frustrate, when you ring 0844 871 2932 and press the necessary options, it rings for a few seconds and then tells you all the operators are busy and hangs up - no queueing option at all.

^ On my existing season ticket it gives my name at the left side and immediately below it the client ref as a four figure number, no letters. If you've ever logged into the tickets system previously you should already have a client reference number. Hope you get it sorted.

Sorted - although my reference had only 5 numbers. I feel superior to Clapton is God but inferior to Bruce Rioja - (traces of a Cleese, Barker, Corbett sketch).
Could Clapton translate Noob for me please.

^ I was referring to mine being four numbers, so I've been there much longer than Bruce, who has six numbers in his, so he's a relative newbie compared to my longevity. You're somewhere in the middle with your five numbered reference. Only in jest though.

Indeed, Clapton is in the box seat here. I only decided to become a fan last season because I liked that Adidas jersey with the red trim on the arms. :D

Does it go well with the Speedos and the slingbacks?

Looks like Blades have f**ked up your automatic promotion hopes, you always will be in the shadow of the Sheffield clubs, Barnsley and Donnie. Now go back to racism filled slum of a town you call home and bother the forums of your local rivals rather than us as "your the wrong side of the Pennines" to quote a famous Yorkshire saying directed at anybody who dare cross the Pennines from Gods county.

Does anybody know when last seasons seats become available for sale again if not renewed?

Want to move seats next to a mate but don't want to buy one 4 or 5 seats away if there is a chance of one next to him coming available.

EDIT.. July 6th for anybody else who wants to know :)

I've never known mine, nor my exact seat number & to be fair to them tell them your name, post code etc. & they find it for you.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.
