Re: Irritable Owl Syndrome
Nice one, Trots.
Is that the first time since the opening day that our goal difference hasn't been in the red?

Re: Irritable Owl Syndrome
Trotter had another sally and the Wednesday fans applaud a brilliant Trotter goal. YEAH.......
and he goes again as the homers get upset. Trotter giving shooting lesson on Monday.....and now.....they are very shaky at the back but they have a dabble. Mills does well and Hall and Spearing loses out...."Sheffield Wednesday can't defend" say the man. And......Beckford scores but is offside.....

As things stand, we've scored more than QPR and Brighton, and the same as their fellow playoff-dwellers Wigan
Pity about the other end, eh!

I was pilloried on here for saying if we'd defended properly for the early stages of the season we'd be pushing the top 6 if not more.Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:As things stand, we've scored more than QPR and Brighton, and the same as their fellow playoff-dwellers Wigan

Re: Irritable Owl Syndrome
Owls have a fly and......Bogdan makes a save from a header. And.....Beckford......isn't offside but falls over the ball. Ah well, we'll forgive that. "Bolton in cruise control"....the comment. And....the Owls have a free kick on half way and......in and Threlkeld heads away before Bogdan gathers and clears. Trotter loses out and here come the Owls......and they get a corner. Mills getting positive comments. And.....in....and.....it's a 25 yard thunderbolt and 1-3....

You were talking about the first half, right Mar?Mar wrote:Nice. I'm going to go for a Barnstorming 3-0 for whichever side decides to give a hoot.
Ooops - I typed too slowly.

Had it saved. Credit where it's due (to the goalkeeper). And at least he had the stones to take it, unlike, say, Bebeto.BWFC_Insane wrote:Sordell just missed a penalty...
Crikey, it's tight down there, eh?

Re: Irritable Owl Syndrome
Good clearance header from Mills but a speculative lash hammers past Bogdan. Great strike is being said....Now they're a bit fired up with five or so to go in part one. .......and....they come again and....Bogdan soars into the blue and grabs the ball......or something....And now.....there will be no excuse for us giving this one away or the Dougie master-plan won't get the praise it deserves.....er......and...Danns gets handballed. Half time approaches and ....and......and.....Danns gives away a corner. And......in it comes and Bogdan thumps it and.......Hall...and he wins a free twenty five out after Beckford tackled as he was about to hit it. And......Danns.......and......big blue wall and......and....through to Kirkland. They break and.....
and.....Bogdan has to palm it away well. Part one ends 3-1 to the good.

Re: Irritable Owl Syndrome
So... are we playing 4-2-3-1 with Hall and Chung either side of EvrybodyDannsNow, and Trotter popping forward from sitting alongside Spearing to unleash to odd thunderbolt?
And who's playing where at the back?
And who's playing where at the back?
