they did that too. how much was that english lad with the spanish name from burnley ? about 6-7 million ?Bruce Rioja wrote:
Surely it's easier to bring in the ready-made article if you've no mortgage to pay. In fact, having a mortgage to pay means you're more likely to be dependent on bringing your own kids through, No?
how much did that one that kicked his teamate in the face cost (he scored about 2 goals iirc) .
that big african from celtic.
when you got no mortgage or no debts anymore , you have got more money to spend on whatever you want.
but yet bolton get slagged off for having a giant mortgage. (which i assume theyre paying off correctly) usually by hypocritical dicks that support the likes of bury or leeds who have been in adminstration a number of times.
nice people that were glad when we went down. at least we pay our way.
pisses me off.
apropos of something else- should i be glad wigan lost ?

Yeah, I take your point. I'd no idea that Rodigez (sp?) had cost them anything like that amount. Still, money much better spent than plenty of ours though.a1 wrote:they did that too. how much was that english lad with the spanish name from burnley ? about 6-7 million ?Bruce Rioja wrote:

I'm happy for Wigan to have lost in that I struggle when I see a club that couldn't get themselves elected to the league when I was a boy and that used to play at the most laughable ground I've ever been on actually doing better than us. Small minded? Me? You bettcha

Wigan lost
. Whelan how's ya leg?

The above post is complete bollox/garbage/nonsense, please point this out to me at any and every occasion possible.
Re: Tonight's Football
been thinking overnight, and [once coyle went] previously i werent THAT bothered if wigan go up. but i remembered something someone mentioned on here or WWays...
about just before wigan played arsenal in the cup (or maybe it were before their city leg) Whelan had given an interview to that bolton radiostation that is not towerfm ..
.. and he were goin' on about "how have bolton got in so much debt ? there something going on there.." etc , but he started it with "i've been talking to the lad that owns bolton when i met him in barbados" and he mentioned him a number of times afterwards , but never by name, it was "the guy that owns bolton, their owner" etc and other ambigious terms.
now dave's memory might not be the best, or maybe there's some medical research i've not read that links broken fibulas with dementia or something. but after remembering what the previous poster that noticed it said ; about it being disrespectful , i changed my mind and i'm glad as feck.

If you want a look at one of Scotland's more interesting grounds you''be able to see Cowdenbeath playing Dunfermline now at Central Park on BBC Alba on the iplayer. Think you can get BBC Alba on Sky too.

Right. And we should have given him a contract because in his own words "he felt he could still do a job for us".bobo the clown wrote:3 in 37, a good few of the 37 were off the bench.BWFC_Insane wrote:How many league one goals did Mr 'They told me on my birthday' muster?

Who's saying we should have done, apart from him? And in his defence, he's hardly likely to think he's shit is he. Tough to be objective about yourself.

Ha yeah but she's a dick. And TD's changed now, the rose-tinters have gone. He thinks Douggie is a wanker and probably Davies too now

Be like old days if we have to play Orient. Hope they can do one on Rotherham. All we need now is for Tottenham to get relegated and it really will be like the old days.

Cambridge United - Back in the league after nine years. A very, very decent game. Unlucky, Gateshead. Whatever happened to John Beck, by the way.
