If not then I would think Dougie is hoping Chungy has the world cup of his life and we get some decent money for him.

Lets not forget that Juke is only 24/25 so the club might be happy to spend some cash for a player who could be here for years to come.
I remember the same thing, although from my memory it was more an "I want to make another significant signing" quote than "we have the funds free to make another ~£2m signing". We really need a Dougie quote database...
Significant signings cost ££££. Lets wait and see 8)
Nobody is disputing that. But "I want" and "I will" are very different.....
We will sign Juke. I am 100% confident of that. Dougie will ship someone out to pay for him if he needs to.

I think you have to swoop for Eagles.
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind

Feeney to sign on a 2 year deal when his Millwall contract expires :)

From official site..

Winger set to become Wanderers' third summer signing
Bolton Wanderers will complete the signing of Liam Feeney when his current deal at Millwall expires this summer.

The flying winger impressed during a brief loan stint with Wanderers last season, and Dougie Freedman has now moved to tie up a permanent deal for the 27-year-old.

Feeney’s current contract at Millwall will expire on June 30 and he was omitted from the London club’s retained list announced earlier this month.

And on July 1 Feeney will officially become a Bolton Wanderers player, joining Neil Danns and Liam Trotter in making permanent moves to BL6.

Feeney has signed a two-year deal at Bolton.

In relation to the Bogdan issue of new contract/no new contract maybe Dougie is thinking I could sign the Juke or give Boggers a new contract hence the question "Sign Boggers to new long term or sign the Juke?"
Pfffft.

Saw him boss Reading for Barnsley this season in a 3-1 away win. Has a decent touch, is strong and has a turn of pace.
