Nixon and Iles both suggest Juke is our only striking target as things stand. Whether there is a plan B who knows, but I suspect there isn't a specific named plan B.

Nixon doesn't seem to agree with Iles about Burnley's bid for Juke. Doesn't think it has happened. Iles seems sure though.

They both claim we aren't. I think Mason is too expensive to buy so would have to be a loan once the season is underway, if anything.

The Burnley Express are reporting that the Juke is their third choice option after Troy Deeley at Watford and Danny Graham at Sunderland. They had a 5 million bud rejected by Watford last week, so this may just be brinkmanship to bring them back to the table. Fingers crossed.

Why not - we loaned out Eamon Andrews, or whatever he's called, to Brighton. Are they just more intelligent than us?

If they want to get him of the wage bill, I don't think they'd hesitate to loan him out.

So that puts him way out of our price range.

I expect we'll get a loan from a Premier League club. Probably of similar quality to the Arsenal Acrobat, Adobe, or whatever his name was.
