Make sure you get in "realise the potential....."
"going forward", don't forget "going forward".

"Bottom Line" is rather de rigueur as well.

ROI is always worth a mention. Make sure you include charts too.

Oh yeh, and do a SWOT analysis
Strengths - about 12% abv and 500mg capsules
Weaknesses - mainly in my knees and head, guv.
Opportunities - all over the place
Threats - to one's health mainly!
That's not a leopard!

.... & focus on the principles of the RACI accountability model.

Noting who involved in a project is Responsible, who's Accountable, who's Consulted and who's Informed you can ensure who to blame when something goes tits up.

Numbers, yes. Proof points - what's supporting your hypothesis?

Do I have to put money in, to get benefit out? What's the ask on that. How will we measure success? So how do we prove it's delivered what you said it would? If it's financial what's the Internal Rate of Return....yadda, yadda..

Oh and is it a silver bullet....

Time scales. Short-term versus long (even medium) term objectives and returns.

"Bang for the buck".

Oh ... & these days .... ensure you show it's environmental impact and that it's got "sustainability". "Footprint". That's a good one.

Plus it is robust on all elements of equality and social justice.

Look .... just wing the thing over & I'll cobble it together for you. I should have it back to you by 1pm if you get a shift on.

A pine tree planted in Los Angeles to commemorate the late-Beatles star George Harrison has died – after being consumed by beetles.

Errr, something about Norwegian wood.

There's a lot of people saying this is 'ironic', is it not in fact apt? Shirley irony would be if the tree was felled by a load of rolling stones.

I came across one of those "what would you have on your gravestone" discussions the other day, all the usuals were trotted out, but I loved the anti-Victorian-sentiment idea:
