Well, we might be getting thrashed by part-time outfits from Australia, but at least the team are honest:
http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/wa ... _/?ref=mac" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I presume the "honesty" means Dougie used to lose big amounts in the weekly Texas Hold'em sessions and thought they were cheating. He isn't losing any more...

Didn't he say something similar at the start of last season?

Doesn't every manager say something similar at the start of every season?

History repeating itself. The first time as tragedy, the second time as farce, the third time as boredom.

I may not bother going this time round, and just watch old Roadrunner videos.

I’m locked in tight, I’m out of range
I used to care, but things have changed"

He's using Second-Life strategy. :shock: The bigger fault you claim you inherited, the easier it is to claim anything is an improvement. I remain totally unconvinced by Dougie, but so badly want to be wrong...

This will be his team now. No excuses. He talks like someone who knows his stuff but never had the material to deliver. Now, despite the financial constraints, he has the team he wants / built less Juke and a couple others. I believe this team will do well.

Is that only 60% of a goal ? Y'know .... given his height ?
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

It's hard to keep a steady rhythm with that many subs going on. Clearly still testing who works well together, or just who works.
