Ibe is very good, and I'm shocked Liverpool are sending him out, but he lacks composure in front of goal. Maybe Rodgers is thinking that with a loan spell, he'll become more confident and if he does, I see no reason why he won't get plenty of games for Liverpool next year. It's a quality signing if he's used right.

To be fair to SF he could be. Just that once Dougie gets a grip of him, with his talent for developing youngsters that he keeps telling us about, Ibe could be the new Tom Eaves

Despite being officially out of contract, the American will continue his rehabilitation at the club and he will be eligible for any friendly, under-21 or development squad games.

i guess we can offer him a new one whenever we like - if he's any good anymore...
