Other than in Yorkshire IMHO...bobo the clown wrote:I don't know what does & doesn't constitute "fit & proper" for owning a football club but whatever Massimo Cellino is should be included in the very definition of "not fit & proper".

Leeds are a shambles and Redfern probably hasn't had the chance to take a training session. Leeds to throw everything at us for an hour and then we score 1 or 2 on the break

Roy Keane got potted after we beat Sunderland a few years ago. Pretty sure it was when Megson was in charge.Riviman wrote:Why do we nearly always play a team the match after their manager has been sacked rather than being the catalyst to his sacking? I remember once an opposition manager being sacked after we had hammered them but can't remember who it was.

That was a different game. We won that one 4-1. The 4-0 was when we got three goals in the second half and Pards was later sacked. Carlos Tevez was playing.Bruce Rioja wrote:Yes, that. I was right behind N,Zogbia (sp?) in the Lofthouse lower for their first goal. He curled it in as a cross and it skipped past everybody and into the net. We were doing okay up to then and it came as a complete sickener.mrplow wrote:If we're talking about the same game, they battered us 3-1.thebish wrote:also - did we not have sam's first game in charge of newcastle?? and it was a draw?? - considered by many to be a poop at his homecoming party...
