If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Back at the hotel after this. What a feckin night! A superb set and we met the great man afterwards who then asked "did I sound alright?". Was hard not to babble " Alright? You're feckin John Bramwell. You sounded brilliant!"

The best £100 I spent. Ever!

Long weekend in the Lakes at a fantastic b and b in Near Sawrey called the Belle Green. Can highly recommend the place. Beautiful room, fresh smoked haddock on the breakfast menu and they take dogs. Some great walking, a fantastic local pub with a menu so good we struggled to decide what to have (So went for 3 starters, a main to share and a sweet on night 2) and a local tarn that two spaniels spent most of Sunday morning swimming in.

Only thing is, I'm now knackered.

That's great, I've heard some Landlords have problems with taking pets... ;-)

Surely not! We hear all the English love animals.

Happy to be back at work for a rest. An hour teaching hockey to 9 year olds this afternoon is far less stressful then chasing round after two 3 year olds.

I know! Got to try out the blinging new astro turf too. :D

To be fair, I went in yesterday morning AND afternoon though ;) Not needed tomorrow and term starts Thursday (my day off) so that's it til Friday now. If only the twins were back at playgroup this week too. After 8 weeks holiday and a pretty stressful last 2 weeks for various reasons I'm ready for the return to routine. My patience levels are hovering dangerously close to zero with my darling son today!

When I say 'holiday' - it was hardly 'lying on a hot, sunny beach in my bikini with a good book' holiday sadly, I mean more the absence of paid work.

Excellent, the bish. I learned today that my son has had his first academic conference paper accepted (on computer game theory).

It was probably bright enough not to agree with most of what was said, but it listened. :D
