From what I recall of his time here, he'll have had to up his game. Still, nice that he's been doing something to earn his money.

My abiding memory of him was more to do with Allardyce claiming that he wasn't a replacement for Michael Ricketts, which he was. :?

But then again, he wasn't...if you see what I mean.

But then again, again, maybe he was, if we're thinking about post-England cap Ricketts.
