Re the conference, I was going off his body language and only hearing 2 different voices asking questions.

The dodgy dictaphone guy is Jack Dearden, I would imagine the other voice belonged to Mark Iles.

Lennon came into the fanzone around 2pm, he got a great reception.

Our start was clever, we stacked the left side and it nearly came off.

We made some chances in the first half as did they. Pretty even overall.

Second half up to the injury we were bossing it. Any news about him after chungy and spearing double teamed him?

Mills nearly scored, Danns with a screamer, mavies with sublime dribbling skill, they all mobbed him for that one and cravies finishing it off. Good quick thinking putting him in the clear.

They weren't a bad side but a few times their defence and keeper got them in bother with slack passes. However they scored when we were under pressure and that's what we must aspire to. We could have had at least five.

A good day and enjoyed the match. People with beaming smiles leaving the ground. Fantastic.

Think the referee came here on Brentford's team bus, he was so biased, we didn't deserve most of those bookings.
Love watching Lennon on the touchline...the man has passion!!

Even if he hadn't grabbed us the late goal I'm always very, very impressed with Craig Davies. Sure he isn't the most prolific striker, or the most skillful, but he always knows his job and gets amongst it. I guess it's easy to look busy when you come on towards the end of a match but we have a few in the side who would just sulk it out.

I don't think he'll ever be a consistent starter for us but I'm glad we have him at the club. His celebration at the end was class and him and Spearing pretty much did a lap of honour at the end to thank those who had turned up and the spirit throughout. Haven't been to the ground for a while but players like him make me look forward to next game.

He did a quick Q&A session, could only do around 5 mins as he obviously had to go and prep the team.

The chap pointed this out and asked the fans to refrain from mobbing him for signatures, he also stated that Neil stated that he wanted to do this and felt it was important to meet the fans.

The question that stuck out for me was 'Why did you choose Bolton when you had so many offers and different clubs to choose?'

The answer he gave was 'why not' That got a great round of applause.

Like in the press conference he said the only thing that he can guarantee is that he will do his upmost best to bring success to the football club.

This! They have no place in our team. Pratley is keen, but ultimately shite. Beckford doesn't make any effort whatsoever, unless he's supplied with the ball just how he likes it.

Thought we started a bit sluggish, but grew into the game. Particularly in the second half where we looked comfortable after scoring our first. Typically, we gave the opposition some encouragement and they snapped up the chance. Very nervy ending, but Lonners quick thinking and Cravies cool finish sealed the win. Its not often that the keeper sprints the length of the pitch to celebrate a goal!!

That you swan back up when events happen to fit your personal liking, you're ignorant in that you still moan about a performance that was so much better than those that have gone before. You don't know how utterly shit we've been under Freedman. If you didn't like today's performance, and if you've failed to notice the difference in our standing since you last showed up, then maybe you should take the next three years of as well, as it's not likely to get pretty any time soon.

The crowd vitriol is still simmering just below the surface. Before half time he got some stick in the ESL when he made yet another hash of it. The instant difference when Mavies replaced him was remarkable!

Loved watching Lennon on the touchline, him and his buddy. so much passion between them, something we've been sadly lacking, and a whole new set of hand signals for us all to learn.
