I genuinely hope Beckford never plays for us again. Stealing a living.

I don't think it was. Spearing is a big loss in current form, a fit Trotter is no substitute, never mind unfit.

Oh for the Juke in a Lennon team.
Commentators seem to be giving us more credit than we deserve here. Toothless up front and leaky at the back, what goes on in the middle is no consolation and I'm sure Lennon will be making that point.

If Spearing was going off then Medo is the replacement. Him being not there then it's Vela. Trotter can't play that role in a month of Sundays. He's like a human caught on a pinball machine at the best of times.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

hmm - so why bring on trotter for spearing when Vela is on the bench?

Experience I suppose. Looks like a wrong move. Vela hasn't played much recently either.

Hard to find a player on the pitch for Bolton who'd score over 5 out of 10.

Fair play to Norwich. Marked Chungy and Mavies out the game knowing the rest of the team don't know what to do.
