was on the bbc text yesterday morning that apparently L Orient are interested in talking to Freedman, so his record at our place obviously hasn't put everyone off.
are they within the radius of his scouting/ recruitment network

He'd be crackers (which, to be fair, I think he is). He needs a rest and a slow return.

They'd be crackers ... coz he's shite.

Would they pay us, y'know like money, for Trotter do you think ?

We've been waiting on Eagles telling all...

Sadly, he didn't say much.

He said enough to suggest what most knew about Freedman.. That he's a nasty, arrogant, stubborn wanker with absolutely no grasp of his own shortcomings

Such a shame, I reckon Eagles would have been one of our best players under Lennon.

Maybe Blackpool gave him a pay rise!

Can't say that Eagles has come across well in his post Bolton press comments. We offered him contracts he didn't want to sign and as a result he just decided to sit out the last few months of his contract. Eagles not playing seems to be down to Eagles' decision. Can't say I blame Freedman for not wanting to be held to ransom by Eagles, especially when we're trying to balance the books.

Hard to get my head around the Eagles loves the club (or at least his time at the club) comments however.

I read it that he wasn't willing to sign to play for a man he felt showed him no respect and that he didn't rate as a man or a manager.

I read it that he wasn't willing to sign to play for club that told him he wasn't worth the terms of his old contract.

I read it that he and along with everyone else thought duggie to be a prick with no idea and tactics better suited to table football and that he and everyone else thought that duggie was a prick.
