Yes. I did it in 35 last time, which was 6 minutes slower than I did it before they changed it. It's tough, but you do get to feel like one pious c*nt for the remainder of the weekend. :)

I'm pretty impressed with that, tbh

I think I know which hill it is and its a bastard

Not ready for that but if I can get down to 27 minutes - 10% improvement which I guess is massive, I'll take it on

Should be back to running in 2 to 4 weeks. They found more degradation behind the knee but it should recover okay.

Let's do our first run together in 2 weeks then. It's my only chance of ever beating you,.............. possibly. ;)

Made the mistake of setting off and trying to keep pace with Our Kid on this morning's Parkrun. Just the job to make the first hill nigh on impossible.

Lever End, the fanny, I ring him from the car park and he's still in bed. So he turns up after it's already started and still overtook me on the first downhill. So that's that 4ucker's name going on the list!

Wasn't overtaken by a pram-pushing mum though this time, so yeay. :pissed:

quite an exercisey weekend for me. 90 mins football then a 6k run. Lovely.

However, i seem to have pinged the top of my quad. Just a sharp pain if i move it too much, so with kneeling, running etc. Annoying. Hopefully a bit of rest and a weekend on the ale in Devon will do the trick.
