Dervite was right-back in that back four against Ipswich.TANGODANCER wrote:How's that one working then? Surely not Mills at full back?

Making it look like Moxey, a full back, isn't good enough to be picked, and Vela who has played there regularly is moved infield leaving a slower option at right back? Hope it all works out. Letting Joe Riley go might not have been the best of ideas.

Could anybody ever have visualised a Bolton team so good that Eidur Gudjonsen could only get on the subs' bench?

@OfficialBWFC: Fantastic work from @Feens11 who collects a loose ball before slotting home past Westwood! What a start! (2) 0-1 #WEDvBOL

Pitch getting adverse comments from the mic men already. Here we go, here we go, here we go.
Feeney apparently wide awake and took his chance well. Must be the daylight, but the Owls hadn't quite woke up yet? We get a corner after a bit of good play from Feeney and C.D. And...cleared and....Mills fouls the keeper. And.....that man Pratley getting mentions already. We get another corner "Sheffield all over the place" says our man....And....much ping and pong before it goes for a goal kick. Come on....

BN says we're playing 5-3-2 with Feeney out wide and Vela in the central midfield. There's a difference of opinion here, Geoffrey.
In other news, Kris Commons has chucked his shirt into the crowd after the Celtic game this afternoon - he's off somewhere - and the U18s put six past Liverpool this morning - after having been stuffed in the cup 5-0 by Crewe in the last game.

Wind and rain come out to help things as the Owls are "all at sea". And.....Not being greedy, but it would be nice to get another early goal to nail things. That said, the beakers break and get a corner. "Handball" claim against us gets ignored. They have another corner and we clear. And.....commentator talks a bit of Bolix about our Dad's Army players then........talk of snow....and....Heskey and......we go backwards but comfortably....I think.....and...a goal kick them.
