Yeah he looked pretty fat around the head and neck yesterday. We don't have the time to get him into shape.
Personally, I'm not interested in DJ Campbell. Obviously if he ever became a White I'd back him, but I think we're best looking elsewhere.

If Palace is the best move he can get, good luck to him. But there's a good chance he'll be back in the Championship next year.

Or Twitter. Although we do have a new shirt sponsor for the Liverpool game (only).Abdoulaye's Twin wrote:Where? No sign of it on bwfc.co.ukBijou Bob wrote:Official site now reporting CYL has agreed a move to Palace.

Disappointed, to say the least. No loyalty left in the game. No doubt he'll claim "It wasn't about money...etc..." It's always about money.Jugs wrote:If Palace is the best move he can get, good luck to him. But there's a good chance he'll be back in the Championship next year.

To be fair, he's good enough for higher than us and he's almost seen out his contract. We've had fairly good value for what we paid for him. Not so much his wages the last couple of years, but I don't blame him for going.TANGODANCER wrote:Disappointed, to say the least. No loyalty left in the game. Well, to be fair, I wouldn't imagine that the reason that he came to us in the first place was because he could see the Burnden Park floodlights though his bedroom window in Seoul.TANGODANCER wrote:Disappointed, to say the least. He has agreed to go now so we get quite a good amount relatively speaking for him. He could have been an awkward c**t and fecked off for nowt at the end of the season. He would prob have got more money that way being able to negotiate a kushty signing on fee.
Well done chungy and thanks for the entertainment you have provided.

Quite so, and no, I imagine it was because we ( an English Premiership side) offered him a three year contract and we'd been at the Reebok since 1997. Still doesn't stop me being disappointed since I don't give one about Crystal Place or anyone else but Bolton. I do, however, wish the lad well.Bruce Rioja wrote:Well, to be fair, I wouldn't imagine that the reason that he came to us in the first place was because he could see the Burnden Park floodlights though his bedroom window in Seoul.TANGODANCER wrote:Disappointed, to say the least. to be fair - it's about the money for the club too... if he's gonna go in the summer anyway and the cash we get for him helps us sign a longer term replacement (Commons?) - then the money IS important - not just for chungy..TANGODANCER wrote:Disappointed, to say the least. anyway - i don't see why players should demonstrate "loyalty" to the club by foregoing MASSIVE earning power and the chance to play higher up the ladder - when, let's not forget it, the club left a horse's head in Kevin Davies's bed - ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!! (or summat!)

Strangely enough, this came up on my timeline as official seconds before I posted, but now seems to have been removed! I suspect someone has jumped the gun, me included, but I can't see this now not going ahead.Bruce Rioja wrote:REDUCED to telling lies now. I can sense the collective embarrassment of the forum on Bob's behalf. I'm not angry about this thread any more, I just feel a bit sorry for him really.freeindeed wrote:Yeah sure, whateva Bob.Bijou Bob wrote:Strangely enough, this came up on my timeline as official seconds before I posted, but now seems to have been removed! Apparently we've signed Rochinha a 19 year old Benfica reserve midfielder on loan for the rest of the season
