Leftovers Thai chicken curry and a bottle of Leffe tonight.
Vaguely followed this but added a chopped red chilli, some roasted shallots and sweet potato plus the juice from a lime (leaving out the fresh kaffir lime and basil leaves).

Larvely, but it didn't look a thing like one in the picture.

Mrs BP once made a Thai green chicken curry. Instead of adding the recommended 8 deseeded chilli's, she put in 16 whole chilli's. It was a bit hot to say the least!!

Quinoa.
How do you pronounce it?

I am, however, yet to come across any dishes or recipes that call for it.

Trendy food things are bollocks. Had whatever the opposite of an argument is with a load of people last weeks as we aggressively agreed that, whilst kale is "quite nice", if the thing on your plate you're getting most excited about is basically crinkly cabbage, then you're doing it wrong.

Kale is very good for you. It helps your body to process bile.
And I hate the use of the word foody.

It's still basically crinkly cabbage. If you're getting excited about the cabbage on your plate, you've done the rest wrong!
