Forget the English, Prufrock. This morning I received an e-mail from a reputable (?) electronic retailer.

"An additional 7% off everything" it stated in colourful cheeriness but then a * which when referenced stated "Exclusions apply"

That's nothing Dujon. Was in a large well known store here the other day with 30% off posters everywhere, including on the top of clothing racks etc. Nothing on the products themselves to denote a discount and no conditions or small print. Turned out not everything was 30% off and the only way you could find out was at the till when paying. Turned out that out of 10 products we bought only 1 had 30% off...and that particular item was only £3 to start with

Coffee is the spawn of the devil anyhoo. Some sort of psychological crutch for Americans and medical necessity for the French. You should drink tea. Whether you do it with milk or not, is almost irrelevant.*

* I might currently be supping a latte, which has lots of milk in it to appease my conscience.

Forget about that American Starbucks type shit, no wonder you've got so much milk in it. Proper coffee from Malawi or Nicaragua doesn't need anything added except water.
