Bit of possession but no joy and they have a sally. Alf gets a free kick and Walker does well but it ends a goal kick as the ball rebounds off him. We lose it, they break and......ref blows it up when they are clear. Free kick against Vela. Just outside the box anda it's 0-1 off a deflection. ....

Not Bogdan's fault but we're one down already. Apparently they're pressing us in our own half and now Redman breaks but Moxey clears. Again they come and.....again and.....eventually we clear. Danns warming up already? Dervite goes down with a bang and then Bogdan has to deflect for a corner. We clear but the mic men are making noises about Norwich's good play. And....now we lose it. Here they come and.....Dervite gives a free away near the box. And.....and.....and....a deflection gives them a corner.

Another corner and we're being penned in our own area. Header goes over our bar. We don't seem to be at the races just yet. Eidur, Dervite and back to Bogdan. And....1-1...ALF... :oyea:

And now.....start again level as Danns sits back down. Annnnnnd,.......Alf slices one badly but it sounds like we're waking up as Feeney lashes one wide. Better...Come on....Redman gets a long ball and hits a bad one...luckily for us. They come and....they go...and come again and....Bogdan has to knock one over his bar for a corner (sun in eyes, they say). Heskey clears, back it comes and Bogdan gathers. Loads of rubbish on the pitch says the man (not human). Please somebody tell the mic man we're not interested in how Bury are doing. Walker gets carded for a foul.

Heskey gets walloped off the ball and the ref gives it the other way. Why was Walker booked, they ask? Redman fires a decent one over our bar. And...Feeney and....crossed but the keepr gathers. They come again but Dervite and Bannan do well. Walker and Ream do well then.......the ref gets poads of boos for not booking Jerome for a foul from behind on Ream. We go and....win a....throw. Walker doing well on the left says our man,

Ref..very,very poor claims mic man. Ream seems okay. They come but we clear then they come agai. Moxey and Walker set us of and......eventually Bannan, Walker, Heskey and.......Feeney makes a bad header. Now the liner buys a dive our man claims. These officials sound real crap. Some ping and pong from both and we clear for a throw. Jerome offside. Long....they clear, we clear for a throw. Now they visit again and..... we clear. Goalie to goalie then....our mic men saying we're doing better. Free kick them but they come again and....we clear as half-time approaches. Jerome brings a save from Bogdan after a bit of mix-up. Throw us, cleared. Redman goes but we get a throw. Bogdan knocks one into the stand. Throw them but a bit of ping and pong before they clear. They do well but nothing transpires.

Now.....throw them and now a throw us. Three mins to go to the break. Let's hope for a second-half turn-around and......Bogdan bosses his box and then he and Heskey get knocks. Heskey up but Bogdan still on the deck. Play on and Bannan does well but they defend it and win a throw.
Bogdan seems okay. They come and....ping and pong it a few times but we clear. Heskey does a bit of skilled footwork drawing praise from the mic man. Now.....Eidur, Feeney.....and it goes back and we lose it and.....Tim Ream defends well. Alf offside. And....Feeney wins a free kick and it looks like 1-1 at the break.....? It is.

Part II.

They visit early, we clear. Walker does too much and gives it away. They press and....win a corner. A skier over our bar amidst claims for handball from them. Bit of controversy before a blatant push in the back has N.L ranting. Ref gives a corner but they come away and.....Vela does well and wins a free kick. And 16,027 crowd is announced. And....long and....Walker goas and Bannan and....Walker and they clear. Dervite...Walker....and it's a goal kick them. Heskey goes and some ping and pong and a bit of a chat before ....nothing happens. Now they have a sally and....it breaks down. Come on Whites......we win a handball shout. Walker....and....Eidur wins a corner that Walker goes to take. And......Alf and.....offside. They come at us and... have some possession and then....they win a corner off a deflection.

In, and we win a free kick off Basong. Norwich make a sub and Hoolahan (sp??) leaves the fray. Alf and....he wins a corner. Walker again and.......cleared off the line from Dervite......and....now they break and.....a shot is easily saved by Bogdan. We clear and.....here we go and...Walker and.....they clear and come at us hard. Vela does brilliantly...runs 70 yards? and gets us a goal kick. Alf and......they clear and get a goal kick. Quite a bit of back and forth, to and fro, from the sound of it? Free kick us and.....Dervite and...Walker and.....too far. Throw them.

They hack one clear and break. Wife moaning she hasn't won the National (neither have I) as we get a free kick. And.....ohhhhhhh Eidur header cleared then Vela defends well. Meanhwile....Feeney makes a bad cross as N'L spits his gum out. Bennet replaces Whittaker for them as we go to the last fifteen.

We get a free kick (fortunately, says the man and) and....Dervite fell over and Bogdan sends one into orbit (read stand). Walker, Moxey....they get it and Bogdan collects the ball and sends it forward. Are we having fun yet? Gorrange gets half of Rivington to run in before they get a shot wide. Are we sounding a bit tired..??? They come again and appeal for handball but get a corner.
And.....a goal kick amidst howls of abuse for the ref.

Vela gets savaged and wins a free kick. And.......Moxey and......and......and.....we win a throw. Feeney, and goalie....They come, we go, they come again and ref ignores a shirt-pull appeal. And now, with about ten to go.......Jerome sallies again and hits one at Feeney. Bennet/Martin? get whistled up and we win a free. Ream and......and....Heskay and.....goalie and they start again. To, fro, ping, pong....they have a do but it goes wide from a long ranger.

Danns mounts up and takes the lance. Replaces...Eidur. Hope he just makes that bit of difference and grabs us a win......Vela....keeper. Here they come canarying forth and....go wing to wing and win a corner. Alf back as Bassong heads a Wigan from it. And now.....Dervite, Alf....and goal kick them. And....they come and have a dab but Jerome sends another skier over. Be nice if it was our shots going in. And......here they come again and....Danns feeds Heskey well but the big lad lets it go out as Janko replaces Walker.
