Ferk off the lot of you!

It only takes someone to sneak in something like a "Tory Cun't" poster and then they'll be forced to tote round their own backdrops like they have in the football post-match interviews.

This, just received from Bolton council after emailing them
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the streetcare team.
Your case reference number is xxxxxxxxxxx
Subject to the asset being a council maintained asset, we aim to inspect issues within 10 days.
If you have requested feedback, the highway inspector will contact you once they have carried out an assessment, providing you have given us your contact details.
Fcuking inspect, not repair and I thought street lamps self reported faults these days?
We should simply save money and just abolish local councils the useless gits, would it take 10 days just to inspect a blown bulb in the Fat controllers official toilet? W*nkers!

You see this is the Tories master stroke at work. Cut funding for public services and watch the proles blame the council for it

I'd have thought it was reasonable to inspect something first before sending out repair team.. no?

"Action" is not a verb.

That's all.
In a world that has decided
That it's going to lose its mind
Be more kind, my friends, try to be more kind.

"The current rules prevent unitary councils like Bolton from having a road sign saying "Lancashire", for fear it will confuse residents."

Whose rules seem to think Bolton residents are too thick to know where they live?

... and, mealy-mouthed as ever "A council spokesman said they would wait for more details of the plans before deciding whether to change the road signs".

I agree with you on your opinion of Blears. However I have to pull you up on her salary. It is 60k not 600k. For that fairly modest directors salary she will be working a minimum of 1 to 2 days a month.

Not bad if you can get it.
