What are you eating and drinking tonight?

If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Are any of them female? :)

Lots. All married. With massive families and lots of brothers and uncles. And sons. Big sons.

There's a tiny harbour in the village of Fuseta on the Eastern Algarve. A local fisherman has opened a pavement cafe selling the fish he catches the same morning and a starter of bread, olives and pate de Sardinha, is followed by a platter of barbecued sardines, sea bass and xaputa with salad and potatoes. 10 euros with wine and beer thrown in.

Jet 2 are doing flights to Faro next week for 160 quid. Be rude not to...

Wife asked what I wanted for tea. Far too hot for cooking much so I might just follow suit on that L.E. Either that or corned beef and pickle sarnies.

Bought some Hake tails from the market. Loads of meat on them and a single, central bone. Haven't a fecking clue how to cook one though or what to have one with. Anyone? :conf:

I'd imagine you could do exactly what you'd do with cod, haddock or any other white flakey fish...

Me and cooking are not the best of friends. Wife always cooks. I can do the basics enough to stay alive. Told her to leave my tea to me tonight; been watching James Martin's saturday show and the omlette challenge. I decided to improvise.
Half a decent sized tomato chopped up small, one inch cube of chaddar cheese chopped up small. Hot frying pan pasted around with a bit of butter, Break an egg in it, twirl around with a spatuala, drop the tomato and cheese in, twirl a bit more just to equal out the contents, add a bit of salt and pepper. Bingo. Tasty snack in less than five minutes. It was delicious. :D

I'm currently about a half the way through the world's biggest bag of organic Kale. So, however I do it, it'll be served with kale (but not in a pail ;) )

Cooked the forum favourite of chicken and chorizo jambalaya this evening and totally forgot how the recipe under estimates the amount of stock required. Rather than just chuck water in there for extra liquid, I added a whole lot more cajun seasoning too. Far and away the best version of this that I've made to date. A resounding success! :pissed: Not that i'm acting at all smug about it! 8)
