He was on a a video that went viral on social media - He ran very very fast and kicked a ball off the line.. That ONE video clip, is the ONLY reason anyone has heard of him.

Of course, he and his team mates were woefully out of position, so he should fit nicely opposite Timmy

Should add some competition for the clueless on the Player of the Year vote, too.

That's very true - You going to Colls next weekend?

Reason for my exemption: Day-job chores - I know him from this and this.

... I did. Apparently he was a "late substitute" twice and a "substitute" (I'm assuming therefore less late) once.

Now, unless you are a fan of the USA, or Portugal. Germany or Belgium ... and even then someone with a bloody good memory for something a year ago then that's some intense interest in and following of football which doesn't involve you.

I mean, way to go and all that and my deepest admiration .... always assuming you aren't blagging it.
The USA games in the last World Cup were some of the best. I remember him specifically because they had a first choice right-back, Johnson who looked f*cking mint bombing forward and who the commentators were raving about. He got injured and it looked like the Yanks would fade as he seemed their only threat. Yedlin came on to replace him and immediately took up where he left off and looked ace himself.

I also said I'd only seen him in the World Cup and that plenty others have shone there and then been wank.

So ner.

Yedlin looked very exciting when he stepped into Fabian Johnson's place at the World Cup, but definitely looked wet behind the ears at times as well. Would suit playing wing back as he has incredible pace but is like Janko in that he looks to bomb forwards. Seen him play in MLS a few times and he looked a bit more ordinary than his World Cup showings but still something to be excited about.

I know them both very well. These 2 specific players have been on my radar for a while, have seen them live on several occasions and can personally guarantee their success.

Just to help us judge this recco, would you have voted for Tim Ream as Player of The Year in either of the last two years?

So now you're about to be in negative equity. This really isn't going well, Plymouth, is it? ;)
