Just had physio, turns out calf isn't as bad as initially feared. Rehab (weights/drills) has strengthened it and it's reinjured but not torn.
So my darting career can start soon!

Did my third aquaton in the series of five tonight. Just over 40 minutes but I felt strong. Knee is stiff but generally okay.

We just did 5K, GtE. There are parts of Radcliffe that I didn't know exist, like a stretch of canal for one.

S-i-L's sister's only been running for the past couple of months and really struggles over the last 1K, but she'll get there.

crompton lodges along the canal paths and banks of the irwell down to radcliffe and back through stoneclough. There are loads of great running trails all the way down to Salford or into Prestwich.
