If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

Other than for observing of the values and customs of others, I'm with LeverEnd's Granny on this. I'll tell you what's even more Pikey than eating and drinking in the street - it's those scuzzy bastards that help themselves to something to eat and drink as they go around the supermarket and then think it acceptable to pay for the empty wrapper at the checkout. What do they think it is - a fecking finger buffet?? Pikey tw*ts. :whack:

Free do it here, regardless of the annoyance of other free individuals. Apart from an offence of littering, what would it be where it isn't tolerated?

As it happens, I agree that it looks scruffy when folk walk about eating but its hardly offensive.

I should add that when I say in public, that includes food courts, coffee shops and restaurants. Some of the malls have put screens up this year to keep serving food, but that's only useful if you're in a mall.

I suppose it could be suggested that they have bent a little in still permitting food and drink to be served but for me, it still shows what daft and stupid ideas followers of that religion have.

No, we should all avoid comment there. Are you saying that you have food courts, coffee shops and restaurants, but people are not allowed to eat there?

Some of them are open this year but screened off in the big malls, but usually they're closed with the odd one open for takeaway only. I think the malls are quieter this year, so may have some bearing...

I love that he's a short-tempered old bigot.

Every five years my wife's astonishingly large Norwegian family have a reunion, and today is the day. They tend to have an average height of 6' 5" and are hearty, backslapping somewhat intellectually challenged types who consume vast quantities of alcoholic beverages (it took me four years to relocate my vertebrae after the last one). I know how the monks of Lindisfarne felt a millennium agot and, apart from the beer I'm not looking forward to it.

Need to ensure you get enough beer, before the backslapping. It'll be reet. Or stand against a wall. :-)

It was a bit of an anticlimax. Two of the giants couldn't come and another two appear to have mellowed when they passed 75 years. There were no drunken brawls or even loud arguments. My only damage was a handshake when I wasn't expecting the vice grip, so I should heal quickly.

On a bit of a tangent here, but does anyone else gag when they hit that smell outside a Subway shop? If it smells like that outside, I never want to go into one.

Just walking past those shops brings me out in a rash. Such a sickly sweet smell. Puke!!
