Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

This is great. I'm simply refusing to migrate to this thread...I'll leave Hoboh to it. (This could be a lie, if I think there's any sorta benefit in me being here)

So is this about (e)migration, (im)migration or the refugee crisis affecting all the EU member states?

Surely three different things entirely. We should open more threads. There aren't enough to cope with the myriad connotations and my eyeballs are beginning to itch.

Well, if that's the start of this thread we can all be thankful that it's unlikely to go downhill from here...Hoboh wrote:Mean while Gods gift to the planet, that unified better for everyone EU has a little wobble or two.

I have to say, Will, that might prove to be somewhat optimistic given the passage of time...William the White wrote:Well, if that's the start of this thread we can all be thankful that it's unlikely to go downhill from here...Hoboh wrote:Mean while Gods gift to the planet, that unified better for everyone EU has a little wobble or two.

Looks like I stepped on one or two lefties feet in the guardianYour comments are currently being pre-moderated (why?)
Ah, it appears when commenting on Coopers we should take 10,000 migrants in I shouldn't have commented how many was she letting crash out at her pad.
Re: The wonderful EU and Migration thread!
Sky News have just been embarrassed because they asked a so called “refugee” why he was going to Germany from Damascus and he said “For a better life” and not “Fleeing Oppression”. Ooops! Live TV they could not edited it out.
On the "Breaking into Britain" programme on Monday, they asked one African at Calais why he wanted to get to Britain so badly and his response was "they give you house and money". He clearly then realised he'd dropped a whoopsy so quickly added "until you get on your feet" Quick thinking.
