Re: Dirty boy!
I had heard from someone who is no longer at the club that we stayed in this hotel before all games. I always thought it odd we didnt use our own, particularly whrn it cleary has free rooms all the time! I do hope this wasnt the reason.

Probably....bobo the clown wrote:OK ... there are a few points here.
"He met her in a local pub" ... Fannies I'm guessing. Wasn't that where he meets LeverEnd & shares intimate secrets with him in the khazi ? .....the same LeverEnd who's now left Bolton ? We need to know.
Then he took his 24yr old "lover" to the team hotel and was very open about it in front of the team. Yet got proper miffed about Bannon & a.n.other messing about late at night. At least we now know why he as so insistent that the team got together the night before matches.
The big question being ..... does he allow her to wear a bob-hat ?
This "team hotel" is in Standish. We own a fecking hotel. Is it me ??
At least the "third woman" is a Bolton fan !!
I've seen him a couple of times in there with Parker & Kelly, apparently from others who frequent Fannies he's in there a lot

Re: Dirty boy!
I don't care what Lennon does in his private life. Though if anything is illegal the club might care.
I do however care if that stuff takes away from Bolton Wanderers. I have no idea if this does but clearly it has to be a distraction for him. Is he focussed on managing the club or is he distracted?
Has he spent enough time in training or is he always sorting out his personal life and commentating on other games?
I think the results alone are terrible enough to have sacked him five times over. Sadly we just have to wait for new owners. Who if they have any sense will give this man his P45 immediately and without hesitation.

Aye, with the telling more imortant than the kissing it seems.norm the jedi wrote:Much ado about nowt and a Christmas box fer't 'kiss and tell' T@*t .. movin on..

The alleged threatening may be more important than either.TANGODANCER wrote:Aye, with the telling more imortant than the kissing it seems.norm the jedi wrote:Much ado about nowt and a Christmas box fer't 'kiss and tell' T@*t .. movin on..

if the bit about filing a police complaint about being blackmailed is correct - and there was no blackmail - then that's illegal
if the bit about making a threat about having her stabbed in the neck is true - that's also an offense of some sort I imagine...

He could bugger chickens in his back bedroom for all I care. I just want him to get us up the table.
May the bridges I burn light your way

Re: Dirty boy!
What Lennon gets up to is his own funeral. It's only when it impacts on his job that we need to be bothered.
For all we know, he could be very good at separating his personal issues from his day-to-day work.
If he does bugger chickens, though, I'd definitely rather not know.

However he was apparently bringing her to the hotel the squad stayed in before games. Which is well, definitely not the sort of thing I'd want an employee of mine doing. And it does somewhat suggest this was interfering to some extent.Jugs wrote:What Lennon gets up to is his own funeral. It's only when it impacts on his job that we need to be bothered.

Re: Dirty boy!
Well, I f*cking hope it has been affecting his performances. Christ, if it's not, imagine how bad we'd be if it had!
But yeah, unless he's done anything jail-time-worthy-illegal, I don't care. I'd just like him to start being better at football management.

Bloody hell must be exhausting enough keeping another woman on the go! Not just the obvious but emotionally too with all the lies and covering your tracks. But to have an ongoing blackmail scandal bubbling away too and the threat of it all being made public there's no wonder he can't do his fecking job properly.

She seems a love as well. "I'm going to tell your Mrs." ... so he tell his Mrs. so to head that off at the pass, only to find the bits already told her".
You wonder whether she didn't always see him as a gravy train.
Anyway. It's a lesson to all of you out there.

I rather think this story, if true, calls his judgement into question.
