My mate (who supports Uddersfield but lives like me near Matlock Bath) got the tweet. How one does this is beyond my comprehension, but nevertheless he did... although I can't actually tell you what the tweet said.
He then texted me. The full and unedited content of which was thus (and I retain all the sics): Tony 10:07 "theres talk from Mancland that Show Pony Cole is headed your way" to which I replied 10:15 "Show Pony Cole?", to which he replied 10:15 "Joe Cole" to which I replied 10:17 "talk from Mancland? what talk exactly?" to which he replied 10:22 "maybe not Mancland some twatter name of johngraham describbed as retrd sport jouno. know nowt else just thats all". I then composed a short but grammatically scrubbed up version for your and all TWers perusal.
So do I get tweets? I don't think I do, but as I said, what do I know?
