Touchy

It was actually that I don't leave the house when it rains. Mainly because it rains mud here and most importantly they're lunatics and It's well risky on the roads :|

I must confess to being the current holder of the Sugar Ray Trophy. I pulled up at Leverhulme Park yesterday, it was fecking bouncing and the track alone was under an inch of water, it even had had the floodlights on. Everyone there was warming up in waterproofs and I was in a cotton t-shirt. I thought 'feck this' and went and ran 5K in the gym instead.

So how many of you hydro-phobic wankers (to a man) can I expect to see playing out on Saturday?

I'll be there but won't be running. My luvverly physio has told me that I can do a short run tomorrow, which I am rather pleased about. I'm only in it for the breakfast though, not to see you wankers. I hereby promise that there will not be a brolly in sight. Its in LE's car.

Having immersed myself in a suitable fluorocarbon beforehand, I'll be there. I'll be there for brekkie too. I may well finish the run last between us all, but I'll take the fecking lot of you on at eating sausages #eightsausagesaturday Bring your mates and bring your fecking dinner :)

5k inc. massive bastards hill in 22.41. I *think* the fastest I've ever done that route. Off to the pub to celebrate!

More than likely I'll be there unless the weather suggests it will be called off. Theres a xc at Heaton Park in the afternoon.

It'll be worth being there though, just to kick Rioja's ar5e in the sausage challenge! :)

:D if its on I'll likely be there, but whereas a bit of frost can mean park run is cancelled I've yet to see the weather get bad enough for xc to be called off!

This week's Parkrun has been cancelled due to the icy conditions on the course.

It won't be raining in The Ainsworth, we could do that after I've been to the gym and you've got up :D

5K round Harwood. You want to get some steep hills in your run, mate. :D

It was tricky but to be honest I think that they were way hasty in calling the PR off last night.
